META | Facebook Reserve Product Growth Initiative

As part of Meta’s Global Sales & Partnerships team, I co-led the strategic initiative to increase adoption and market visibility for “Facebook Reserve”, the platform’s high-impact premium video advertising product. Designed to compete with top-tier streaming ad inventory, Reserve offered brands the ability to align with quality content and controlled placement—positioning Facebook as a viable player in the premium video ecosystem.

Recognizing a need to drive both internal education and external market awareness, I built a cross-functional work stream that united sales, product marketing, and business operations. Through new go-to-market materials, client case studies, and a revamped value narrative, our team achieved $3M in incremental revenue, a 300% quarter-over-quarter growth, and an 11% year-over-year lift in the final quarter.

To scale adoption internally, I launched an internal storytelling series that spotlighted sales teams’ most creative Reserve wins, inspiring best practices across the organization. Externally, I partnered with Meta’s communications team to pitch a feature in Variety, successfully positioning Facebook Reserve as a credible player in the premium video advertising market and shifting industry perception around Facebook’s role in brand-safe video. The initiative ultimately helped redefine Facebook’s video narrative and establish stronger advertiser confidence in the platform’s premium ecosystem.
