While serving as a Partner Manager, I consistently drove strong quarter-over-quarter growth across my client portfolio—performance that opened the door for me to build and launch a first-of-its-kind global partner program: Facebook Marketing Partners for Agencies (FMPA).

Recognizing that agencies were becoming one of Meta’s most powerful growth engines, I led cross-functional collaboration between Product, Product Design, Sales, and Business Operations to design a scalable framework that rewarded performance and deepened partner impact. I developed the program’s core infrastructure—defining partner tiers, crafting its badging and incentive structure, and shaping its positioning within Meta’s broader sales and marketing ecosystem.

What began as a pilot evolved into a global, revenue-driving program that became a cornerstone of Facebook’s agency strategy, empowering thousands of agencies to scale their marketing effectiveness on the platform. FMPA transformed how Meta partners with agencies, driving stronger business outcomes for clients worldwide and redefining how performance, partnership, and innovation intersect within Meta’s commercial ecosystem.
